• Our team and customer pipeline have grown, and the average analysis time shrank while the overall accuracy increased.
• We successfully ran a pilot with 70+ users from multiple companies and achieved a 98% user satisfaction rate. We are now approaching 100 users.
• Also, 80% of these companies expressed willingness to transition to a paid engagement.
• During this period, we processed 150+ one-time analyses comprising free trials and paid services, generating ~$10,000 in revenue.
• While continuing to offer one-off analyses for $249/report, we plan to transition soon to a SaaS-based subscription model for a more stable and predictable revenue stream.
